SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

We ship by US Post and UPS. We try to keep our shipping charges  accurate and add a few dollars for handling, materials and sundry shipping-department costs per order. Generally orders are processed the next day, and then shipped asap. We ship from Seattle, WA.

International Orders

We do ship to other countries and we fulfill our international orders by US Post. Feel free to ignore any UPS quotes that may pop up in the options for international shipping.

Most countries get the shipping costs calculated and automatically added to the shopping cart. If the shopping cart does not do so, or your quote doesn't make sense, proceed with checkout and drop us an email. We will sort it out.

Generally International shipping is $11 for the first bottle and $3 per additional bottle but your quote can vary depending on where it is going.

Aura Cleanser Orders

For international shipping of the Aura Cleanser every order up to and including the Starter Pack ships at First Class Airmail. To stop the Starter Pack from jumping into the more expensive Priority Mail category, we send less brochures and do not include the free tester when we are sending it overseas. For international orders, the Starter Pack is the most economical shipping cost per bottle.

To contact us about shipping or any other questions send us an email at enquiries @botanicalalchemy.com or call us on 805 962 2747.

If you have a Yahoo, or some other addresses, we need to be in your address book for you to receive our reply.
